Love the colors in this. Would like to replicate this invite into an oil painting to hang in an all white room, with white trim and wood floors. Off-white furniture, potted orchids in punchy colors, a gorgeous chandelier, and streams of slanted sunlight coming in through the windows.

India

This is the exact post I was hoping to compose last week, but just never got around to it. I found it over at The City Sage, and gasped when I saw she had the same reaction to Anthropologie's recent fashion shoot in India. I too, have been recently fasinated by the culture: the cuisine, textiles and photographs I've seen from friends who have fortunately been able to take trips there. It is someplace I hope to go before I die. Matt and I are making indian food tomorrow night!! Eeeee.
