my saturday morning (afternoon, really) was spent at wilde roast cafe in ne mpls sipping coffee and eating this deeeelicious salad. it's called "go little goat herd salad" and i highly recommend it: mixed greens, goat cheese, toasted walnuts, and drizzled with a touch of honey.
